Juice
JuiceWe are Alice and Jacqui. We have been practising facilitators for twelve years and have been running our own company, juice, since 2001. We are both trained in the use of interactive drama in education and training, and have worked with a cross section of employees from companies as diverse as Rolls Royce, ConocoPhillips, Carillion and Marks & Spencer, and with public sector bodies such as the  Fire Service, the Society of Radiographers, NOMAD and Connexions.  Our courses are as wide ranging as our clients, from diversity awareness to behaviour-based safety training.

We both feel strongly that people learn best by doing and by having fun. This belief motivates us to create a relaxed, non-threatening learning environment where people can practice new skills and become more self aware. Our strengths are in encouraging people to express themselves, feel valued and genuinely involved in the training experience.

Using skilled actor trainers and relevant scenarios as the focus of highly interactive sessions, we aim to involve and engage people through head and heart, thinking and feeling. Research tells us that experiential learning is linked to long term memory. Training which stays in the training room does not hold the same value as learning which stays with the learner.
