| Making a Difference as Women Leaders™ |

In June and September of 2008, we delivered in Edinburgh our two pioneering and complementary programmes for women leaders, certificated by The NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science: Leading With Vision and Voice™ (led by Kate Cowie and Sue Hollingsworth) and When Women Lead From Within™ (led by Dr Frances Baldwin). We had a wonderful group of participants for both programmes and the feedback was excellent. From a personal perspective, it has long been a dream of mine to bring one of my great mentors, Dr Frances Baldwin, and her programme (When Women Lead From Within™), to the UK to work with a group of women leaders here. For all of us, it was, indeed, a joy to learn from someone who both teaches and practices the ‘wisdom’ of women’s leadership.
